2. Where is SEQUENCE located?
Artists are based across the Greater Toronto Area, with SEQUENCE.hub East as our primary studio location in Pickering, ON.
3. Who can book SEQUENCE services?
Anyone! We work with content creators, small businesses, corporate clients, musicians, and filmmakers. Whether you need a quick shoot or a full-scale production, we’ve got you covered.
4. How do I book a session?
You can book online through our website or contact us directly via email or phone. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Studio & Equipment Rentals
5. What studio spaces do you offer?
Our studio includes:
A fully equipped photography and video studio
Professional lighting setups
Various backdrop and set design options
6. Can I rent equipment separately?
Yes! We offer cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear for rent. Check our Equipment Rentals page for details.
7. Can I bring my own crew and equipment?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own team and gear. If you need additional support, we can provide experienced crew members.
8. Do you offer green screen or custom set designs?
Yes, we have green screen setups and can create custom sets based on your project needs.
Pricing & Packages
9. What are your pricing options?
We offer three pricing tiers for each package—Basic, Standard, and Premium—allowing flexibility based on budget and production needs. Visit our Pricing page for details.
10. Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! If none of our standard packages fit your needs, we’ll work with you to create a custom package tailored to your vision.
11. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the shoot begins.
12. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: No refund
Production & Post-Production
13. How long does editing take?
Turnaround time depends on the project scope:
Short-form content: 5-7 business days
Commercials & brand videos: 10-14 business days
Music videos & high-end productions: 14-21 business days
Expedited editing is available for an additional fee.
14. Can I request revisions?
Yes! All packages include one free round of revisions. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate.
15. What file formats will I receive?
We deliver files in industry-standard formats (MP4, MOV, JPEG, etc.). If you need a specific format, let us know in advance.
16. Do I own the rights to the content?
Yes! Upon final payment, you receive full rights to your content. SEQUENCE retains the right to use samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Miscellaneous
17. Do you offer on-location shoots?
Yes! Our team can travel for location-based shoots. Additional fees may apply depending on distance and logistics.
18. Do you provide models, actors, or voiceover artists?
Yes! We have a network of professional talent available for your project. Let us know what you need, and we’ll handle the casting.
19. Can I rent the studio for events?
Our studio is primarily designed for media production, but we do consider event rentals on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details.
